1. Scope of Services

Shipera Transport Services LLC operates as a licensed freight brokerage, connecting shippers with insured and qualified motor carriers. We do not directly transport vehicles; all transportation is handled by independent third-party carriers.

2. Quotes & Pricing Policy

All quotes provided are estimates based on current market conditions and are subject to adjustment. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as pickup and delivery locations, type of vehicle, carrier availability, and scheduling.

3. Carrier Responsibility

Once a vehicle is assigned and dispatched to a carrier, that carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe transport and condition of your vehicle. We strongly encourage customers to perform a thorough inspection before pickup and after delivery and to document any damages for insurance purposes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before Dispatch: Cancellations must be submitted in writing before a carrier has been assigned.
• After Dispatch: If a cancellation occurs after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established during the booking process. Depending on the transport type, we may require a deposit or full prepayment. Any remaining balance is typically paid directly to the carrier at delivery via cash, cashier’s check, or another approved method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle, pickup and delivery locations, and contact details. It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for transport at the scheduled times.

7. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications from Shipera Transport Services LLC related to load updates, pickup/delivery timing, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shipera Transport Services LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our role is limited to acting as a broker that connects customers with carriers.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas.

10. Updates to Terms

Shipera Transport Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
